2. By SmartITBox: We may terminate services for material breach with 15 days notice.
3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately terminate.

2. Data Processing: For EU customers, we act as a data processor as defined under GDPR.
3. Security Incidents: We will notify affected customers of any data breaches as required by law.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
1. Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation.
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to mediate before pursuing legal action.
3. Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Noida, India.
